安徽省医疗卫生资源空间配置及公平性趋势研究
Spatial allocation and equity trends of health resources in Anhui Province
摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the allocation and fairness of health resources in Anhui Province,and to provide basis and reference for the government to optimize policies.Methods The allocation of health resources in Anhui Province was evaluated using concepts such as geographic concentration index,concentration index,and agglomeration.Results Health resource indicators in Anhui Province had achieved significant development.The geographical concentration indexes were greater than zero,and the annual growth rates were less than 0.5％,indi-cating a certain spatial concentration trend in the spatial distribution of health resources.The concentration indexes of all indicators showed an oscillating downward trend,and were closer to 0,indicating an increasing trend in the fairness of health resource allocation within the province,and the allocation of health resources prone to be in areas with higher economic levels.From the perspective of the health resource agglomeration index,Hefei,Bengbu,Fuyang,Anqing,and Wuhu had relatively higher agglomeration indices with sufficient health resources,while the difference values between the health resource agglomeration index and population agglomeration index in Bozhou,Suzhou,and Lu'an were negative,indicating a significant insufficiency in health resources in these cities.Con-clusions The government should plan as a whole from the aspects of financial input and talent policy,optimize the medical service model,promote"Internet plus medical health",encourage and guide non-governmental medi-cal services,so as to achieve high-quality development of medical services.关键词
