基于健康生态学模型的西南农村老年人整体健康状况研究
The overall health status of the elderly in southwest rural areas of China based on health ecology model

Abstract
Objective To explore the health status and influencing factors of the rural elderly in southwest China using health ecology model system,and to provide reference for improving the health level and quality of life of the rural elderly.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 920 elderly people aged 60 and a-bove in 21 rural communities in A and D provinces of Southwest China by using the judgment sampling method of multi-stage sampling and cluster sampling method based on natural villages.General descriptive statistics and hier-archical regression analysis were carried out on the obtained data.Results In terms of physical health,the self-assessment of physical health among the elderly were influenced by age(F=2.316,P＜0.05)and socioeconomic status(F=1.555,P＜0.01).In the health ecology model,personal traits(F=9.361,P＜0.001)and socioe-conomic status(F=4.85,P＜0.001)were the best predictors of BADL.The four factors personal traits,inter-personal networks,socioeconomic status and policy environment could effectively explain 15.7％variation of IADL of the elderly.In terms of mental health,all four types of factors in the model had a significant impact on the nega-tive emotions of the elderly(F=3.799,P＜0.001).Socioeconomic status had the best predictive power for self-esteem of the elderly.In terms of social health,the four types of factors in the model could effectively explain the 17.6％variance in elderly social support.Socioeconomic status had a significant impact on family support of the elderly(F=4.784,P＜0.001).Conclusions Personal traits are the primary factor affecting the overall health of the elderly.Socioeconomic status also has a direct and prominent impact on the three types of health of the eld-erly.Interpersonal networks and policy environment have an important impact on health,too.We should establish a medical care and elderly care service system with the participation of multiple entities,to achieve a deep integra-tion of elderly care and health,and to benefit the elderly in rural areas.关键词
