近十年我国医养结合研究的分析
Research progress on the combination of medical services and elderly care in China in the past decade

Abstract
Objective To clarify the advances in the researches on combination of medical services and elderly care in China in recent years,and to provide theoretical reference for the future study in this field.Methods"Combination of medical services and elderly care"used as the subject term,literature in CNKI da-tabase from 2013 to 2023 was searched by visualized analysis software CiteSpace.Excel software was used to calculate the number of published papers and to further analyze the literature by drawing co-occurrence maps of authors,research institutions,key words and burst words.Results Finally,a total of 491 valid papers were included in this study,and the number of relevant publications showed an increasing trend.The research insti-tutions were mostly universities,thus the papers showed strong theoretical analysis capacity but lacked case studies.Conclusions The hot spots of scholars'common concern covers diversified elderly care models,the management model of"Internet+combination of medical services and elderly care",and the development of the elderly care industry to help the development of community home-based care for the elderly,which are also the future research trends.关键词
