Abstract
Somatic cell cryopreservation technology refers to the long-term preservation of somatic cells by placing them under ultra-low temperature conditions and almost stopping their metabolism.This technique is of great significance for somatic cell cloning and induced pluripotent stem cells,and is also a key technique for establishing animal somatic cell bank.This paper mainly reviewed the principle and mechanism of somatic cell cryopreservation,new cryopreservation agents,cryopreservation methods and the application of cryopreservation technology in animal genetic关键词
