植物黄酮在奶牛生产中的应用研究进展
Research Progress on Application of Plant Flavonoids in Dairy Cow Production
摘要
Abstract
Plant flavone is a kind of flavonoid extracted from plants.It is a kind of dairy cattle feed additive with wide source,good effect and environmental protection.The classification of plant flavone includes flavanols,flavanones,flavonols,flavanones,isoflavones and anthocyanins.Plant flavonoids have been proved to have anti-inflammatory,antibacterial,antioxidant,immune and other positive effects in cow production.In this paper,the basic properties,bioactive functions and applications of plant flavonoids in dairy cow production were reviewed in order to provide reference for the research,development and utilization of plant flavonoids.关键词
