菜籽油是我国饲料工业中油脂的主要来源之一.菜籽油富含油酸、亚油酸和亚麻酸等多种脂肪酸且比例适当,利于畜禽吸收利用.菜籽油也是生育酚、植物甾醇和菜籽多酚等营养素的重要来源,具有降低总胆固醇、提高胰岛素敏感性、促进脑部发育、预防动脉硬化和降低致癌风险等多种功能.不同加工工艺对菜籽油的质量影响较大,根据畜禽的不同需要来选择适当的加工工艺,可以显著提高生产效益.本文综述了近年来菜籽油加工工艺的发展,并阐述了菜籽油在畜禽生产中的应用进展,以期为菜籽油加工工艺改良以及饲用优化提供参考.

Rapeseed oil is one of the main sources of oil in feed industry of China.Rapeseed oil is rich in oleic acid,linoleic acid,linolenic acid and other fatty acids in proper proportion,which is conducive to the absorption and utilization of fatty acids in livestock and poultry.Rapeseed oil is also an important source of nutrients such as tocopherol,phytosterols and rapeseed polyphenols,which have nutritional functions such as reducing total cholesterol,improving insulin sensitivity,promoting brain development,preventing arteriosclerosis and reducing the risk of cancer.Different processing technology has influence on the quality of rapeseed oil.Selecting the appropriate processing technology according to needs of different livestock and poultry can significantly improve its production efficiency.This article reviewed the development of processing technology of rapeseed oil in recent years,and the application progress of rapeseed oil in livestock and poultry production,in order to provide reference for the improvement of processing technology and optimization feeding value of rapeseed oil.
