Advances in Biological Metabolism of Cysteine and Its Application in Animal Production
半胱氨酸是一种半必需含硫氨基酸,其代谢途径涉及多种酶和产物,在调节生物体营养吸收、免疫功能、肠道修复和缓解氧化应激等方面起着重要作用.目前,国内外学者在动物营养学、细胞免疫学中针对半胱氨酸的研究,极大地提升了其在农业生产实践运用的可能性.本文综述了生物体内半胱氨酸来源、代谢途径、代谢产物以及半胱氨酸在动物生产中的应用研究进展,探讨了其在动物生产、免疫代谢及抗氧化等方面的作用,以期为半胱氨酸在动物饲料中的研究和应用提供参考.
Cysteine is a semi-essential sulfur-containing amino acid,which plays an important role in regulating nutrient absorption,immune function,intestinal repair and alleviating oxidative stress.Its metabolic pathway involves a variety of enzymes and products.At present,the research on cysteine in animal nutrition and cellular immunology has greatly improved the possibility of its application in agricultural production practice.In this paper,the sources,metabolic pathways,metabolites of cysteine in vivo and the research progress of cysteine in animal production were reviewed,and the roles of cysteine in animal production,immune metabolism and antioxidant were discussed,so as to provide a reference for the research and application of cysteine in animal feed.
