Advances in Biological Metabolism of Cysteine and Its Application in Animal Production
摘要
Abstract
Cysteine is a semi-essential sulfur-containing amino acid,which plays an important role in regulating nutrient absorption,immune function,intestinal repair and alleviating oxidative stress.Its metabolic pathway involves a variety of enzymes and products.At present,the research on cysteine in animal nutrition and cellular immunology has greatly improved the possibility of its application in agricultural production practice.In this paper,the sources,metabolic pathways,metabolites of cysteine in vivo and the research progress of cysteine in animal production were reviewed,and the roles of cysteine in animal production,immune metabolism and antioxidant were discussed,so as to provide a reference for the research and application of cysteine in animal feed.关键词
