Research Progress on Animal Spermatogenesis
摘要
Abstract
Spermatogenesis is mainly carried out in the seminiferous tubules of animal testicular tissue.It is one of the reproductive processes involving various germ cells and somatic cells.In this process,cells are affected by critical molecules,and unique vital changes(mitosis,meiosis,cell deformation and mature sperm formation)occuring continuously in stages throughout the whole process of life initiation from spermatogonia to sperm,which has essential research significance and research value in the field of reproduction.Studying testis and related cells and molecules during spermatogenesis can impact animal reproduction,species protection,productivity improvement and other fields.With the development of sequencing technology and the extensive joint application of multiple technical means,some new technologies have been applied to investigate animal spermatogenesis.This paper summarizes the progress of research on key sites,cells and molecules of spermatogenesis,with a view to providing references for the in-depth study of scientific problems related to animal reproduction.关键词
