Research Progress on Animal Spermatogenesis

精子发生主要在动物睾丸组织的曲细精管中进行,是由多种生殖细胞、体细胞共同参与的生殖进程之一.在精子发生过程中,细胞受到关键分子的影响,阶段性连续发生着独特的关键变化(有丝分裂、减数分裂、细胞变形及成熟精子形成),贯穿着精原细胞到精子的生命起始全过程.对精子发生过程中睾丸及相关细胞、分子进行研究对于动物繁殖、物种保护以及生产力提高具有重要意义.随着测序技术的发展、多技术手段的广泛联合应用,一些新型技术手段也被应用于动物精子发生的研究当中.本文主要对精子发生关键场所、关键细胞及关键分子的研究进展进行综述,以期为动物繁殖相关科学问题的深入研究提供参考.

Spermatogenesis is mainly carried out in the seminiferous tubules of animal testicular tissue.It is one of the reproductive processes involving various germ cells and somatic cells.In this process,cells are affected by critical molecules,and unique vital changes(mitosis,meiosis,cell deformation and mature sperm formation)occuring continuously in stages throughout the whole process of life initiation from spermatogonia to sperm,which has essential research significance and research value in the field of reproduction.Studying testis and related cells and molecules during spermatogenesis can impact animal reproduction,species protection,productivity improvement and other fields.With the development of sequencing technology and the extensive joint application of multiple technical means,some new technologies have been applied to investigate animal spermatogenesis.This paper summarizes the progress of research on key sites,cells and molecules of spermatogenesis,with a view to providing references for the in-depth study of scientific problems related to animal reproduction.
