肉桂精油在肉鸡生产中的应用研究进展
Research Progress on the Application of Cinnamon Essential Oil in Broiler Production
摘要
Abstract
Cinnamic essential oil(CEO)is an aldehyde compound extracted from cinnamic cinnamon and laurel leaves.Its main active ingredient is trans cinnamic aldehyde,which has a wide range of antibacterial,anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects.In the context of total prohibition,CEO can be used as a natural feed additive to replace antibiotics.CEO has been widely used in ruminants and aquatic animals,and has been found to have a better effect on improving healthy.But the application in broiler breeding is few,and the effect is inconsistent.In this review,the effects of CEO on growth performance,immune activity regulation,antioxidant performance and intestinal health of broilers and their related mechanisms were reviewed,to provide theoretical basis for their application in broiler breeding.关键词
