海参副产物的饲用价值及饲料化技术分析
Analysis of the Feeding Value and Feeding Technology of Sea Cucumber By-Products

Abstract
Sea cucumber is a traditional medicinal and dietary tonic in China,with high protein and low fat,and its active substances also have good antioxidant,antibacterial and antitumor biological properties and pharmacological effects.As the main edible part of sea cucumber is the body wall,a large number of by-products such as sea cucumber intestine and sea cucumber gonad produced in the processing process cannot be properly utilized.These by-products are rich in sea cucumber polysaccharide,saponins,active peptides and enzymes of sea cucumber in addition to containing similar components of body wall,which are potential sources of natural animal feed additives.At present,due to the neglect of the value of sea cucumber by-products and the backward feeding technology,most sea cucumber by-products have been discarded,resulting in serious waste of resources and environmental pollution.The purpose of this paper is to discuss the nutritional characteristics,feed utilization technology,application prospect in livestock and poultry production of sea cucumber by-products,and to provide reference for feed utilization of sea cucumber by-products.关键词
