Abstract
Maize is an important food crop and animal feed source in China.In order to achieve precise nutrition and automatic processing,the nutritional quality,safety indicators and seed quality of corn have attracted much attention in the fields of corn planting,storage,deep processing and feeding.Traditional chemical detection methods will destroy samples,consume time and energy,and need professional technical personnel to operate,it is difficult to meet the growing demand for corn detection.Near-infrared spectroscopy has the advantages of fast detection speed,simple operation and simultaneous analysis of multiple components.This paper mainly reviewed the research progress of NIR spectroscopy in the detection of chemical composition,safety index and seed quality of corn,and analyzed the development direction and shortcomings of NIR spectroscopy in the detection of corn,aiming to provide reference for the detection application of NIR spectroscopy in the evaluation of corn quality and germplasm selection.关键词
