OCT与眼底照相法测量客观眼球旋转角度的一致性分析研究
Consistency analysis of objective ocular torsion measured with OCT and fundus photography

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the consistency of optical coherence tomography(OCT)and fundus photography in measuring the objective ocular torsion of strabismus patients,and the effectiveness of its application in young chil-dren.Methods One hundred and fifty patients(113 patients over 7 years old and 37 patients under 7 years old)who were to undergo strabismus surgery in the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University were selected.On the same day before operation,the fovea-disc angle(FDA)was measured by OCT and fundus photography.OCT software positioned automatically the macula and the center of the optic disc to measure the FDA during scanning.The fundus photographs were imported into Adobe Photoshop software,and the FDA was measured manually.The measurement results of the two methods are compared.Results Among 113 patients over 7 years old and 37 patients under 7 years old,there were no sta-tistical differences between the measurement results of OCT and fundus photography(P＜0.05),but there were statistical differences between the results of the right eye and the left eye by the same method(P＜0 05).Person correlation analysis showed that there were strong positive correlation between the measurement results of the two methods both the right eye and the left eye of patients over 7 years old and those under 7 years old(P＜O.01).Bland-Altman analysis showed that the measurement results of the right eye and the left eye of the two methods were in good agreement both patients over 7 years old and under 7 years old.The analysis of intra-group correlation coefficient(ICC)showed that the measurement results of OCT and fundus photography had good repeat-ability(ICC＞0.9),and the repeatability of OCT was better than that of fundus photography.Conclusions OCT can measure the objective ocular torsion more conveniently and quickly,and with good repeatability,it is feasible to be applied to young children,which is replaceable compared with the traditional fundus photography.关键词
