肉毒素治疗急性共同性内斜视疗效的Meta分析
Meta-analysis of botulinum toxin treatment of Acute Acquired Concomitant Esotropia
摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of botulinum toxin type A(BTX-A)on Acute Acquired Concomitant Esotropia(AACE).Methods A systematic search of all the studies published was conducted on China National Knowledge Internet,Wangfang and PubMed,and web of Science.These literatures were screened according to inclusion and exclusion criteria,evaluated for their quality,and extracted for their data.Revman5.4 software was used to analyze the data.Results A total of 8 studies were finally included,and there was no statistical significance in strabismus degree,stereopsis formation rate,total effective rate and adverse reaction rate of postoperative AACE compared with BTX-A injection at 1,3 and 6 months after surgery.Conclusions The efficacy of BTX-A in the treatment of acute concomitant esotropia is equivalent to that of surgery,and it is an effective method in clinical treatment of AACE.关键词
