大食物观视角下中国渔业高质量发展
The high-quality development of Chinese fisheries from the perspective of the all-encompassing approach to food:current situation,problems and improvement strategies

Abstract
In the new stage of building a modern socialist country in an all-round way,the concept of healthy China will be further strengthened,and the residents'dietary structure will be further transformed to"eat nutritious and eat healthy",and aquatic products will become an indispensable part of the residents'dietary structure.Based on the perspective of the all-encompassing approach to food,this paper summarizes the high-quality development requirements of Chinese fisheries as high quality of fishery supply system,high efficiency of fishery supply system and high stability of fishery supply system.Based on the"three high"requirements,using statistical data from China and FAO,combined with field investigations and relevant literature,the current situation of fishery development in China is sorted out,and the existing problems in the industry are analyzed.It is pointed out that China has a good foundation to implement the concept of the all-encompassing approach to food and promote the high-quality development of Chinese fisheries at a new starting point,which is manifested in the supply capacity of aquatic products,the support capacity of fishery science and technology,the income of fishermen,and the international influence of China's fishery have been greatly improved,but there is still a large distance compared with the"three high"requirements of high-quality development of fishery.It is suggested to strengthen the supervision of fishery input factors,production process and product quality to ensure the quality of fishery supply system,at the same time,strengthen the ecological and environmental quality assurance of water bodies,high-quality aquatic seeds and fishmeal replacement full-price compound feed,aquaculture vaccines,water and land relay farming model,cold chain logistics and other key technological innovation to improve production efficiency.Also,take the innovation of aquaculture insurance system as the lead to improve the stability of fishery industry chain.Last but not least,strengthen research in fishery economic management related fields to provide academic support for promoting the high-quality development of Chinese fisheries.关键词
