以示范园模式加快我国海洋医药产业集聚的对策分析
A brief analysis of the development of China's marine pharmaceutical industry demonstration park
摘要
Abstract
As one of the strategic emerging industries in our nation's maritime economy,in recent years,the growth trajectory of our country's marine pharmaceutical industry has become evident,with robust momentum.The industry chain is beginning to take shape,highlighting dual advantages in both economic and environmental aspects.However,the current development of the marine pharmaceutical industry is still not mature,and the advantages of industrial clusters are relatively weak.Issues of disjointedness between the innovation chain and the industrial chain,as well as disparities along the upstream,midstream,and downstream of the industrial chain,still persist.This study contends that accelerating the development of the marine pharmaceutical industry through a demonstration park model is advisable.This would involve optimizing the industrial layout,effectively promoting the transformation and upgrading of the industrial chain,further enhancing policy incentives,tax reduction,and fee reduction efforts,unleashing industrial potential,and comprehensively propelling the high-quality development of marine pharmaceutical industry demonstration parks.关键词
