烟台市海产品预制菜产业发展现状及对策分析
Analysis on the current situation and countermeasures of the development of prepared seafood industry in Yantai City

Abstract
The pre-made food industry has a long chain and involves a wide range of fields,making it a representative industry for achieving the integration of three industries.Yantai is the national key fishing area and the main production area of superior aquatic products,but also the birthplace of Shandong cuisine.Under the background of high-quality development of rural revitalization,the pre-made seafood industry can activate new driving force for the development of Yantai marine fishery industry.Based on the analysis of the development status,development advantages and existing problems of Yantai pre-made seafood industry,this paper puts forward five countermeasures,including accelerating the layout of the whole industrial chain,building excellent brand,perfecting the development policy system,integrating the scientific research strength of universities and institutions,and strengthening the brand publicity,so as to provide references for the development and trend of Yantai pre-made seafood industry.关键词
