我国罗非鱼内销市场消费意愿的影响因素分析
An empirical study on the influencing factors of consumption intention of domestic tilapia market in China

Abstract
Tilapia is one of the leading freshwater fish aquaculture varieties in China.As an export-oriented industry,its international market has developed well,but its domestic market development is relatively lagging behind,which is not suitable for its industrial development scale.Based on the questionnaire survey of domestic consumption of tilapia and the analysis of consumer behavior characteristics,this paper conducts an empirical study on the influencing factors of tilapia consumption intention by using Binary Logistic regression model.The results show that the consumption intention of tilapia is affected by consumers'local consumption habits,education level,aquatic product preference,awareness of tilapia,previous consumption situation,product satisfaction and product promotion.In order to improve the consumption level of Chinese consumers on tilapia,it is necessary to implement more effective marketing measures,such as improving its popularity and guiding consumers to have a positive perception of tilapia,seizing new opportunities for the development of prepared dishes and dividing the consumer market.关键词
