Clinical treatment strategies for improving oocyte quality in patients with diminished ovarian reserve
摘要
Abstract
The diminished ovarian reserve(DOR)is manifested as the reduction of the number of follicles that can be recruited in the ovary and the decline of the oocyte quality,which then leads to the reduction of women's fertility or premature menopause.More than ten years before the depletion of oocyte resources,women may face an increase in the abortion rate and infertility,as well as a significant increase in the rate of birth defects,which highlights the importance of oocyte quality to women's fertility.This article focuses on exploring clinical treatment strategies in three directions:drug therapy,psychological intervention,and weight management.It analyzes the possible biological mechanisms and clinical effects of these strategies,aiming to provide more comprehensive and in-depth theoretical support for the exploration of clinical treatment strategies to improve oocyte quality.This article provides a systematic review of currently available treatment strategies to provide new perspectives and possible solutions for improving the clinical treatment of oocyte quality in DOR patients.关键词
