白长川教授"滞伤脾胃"理论在胃癌癌前病变中的临床应用
Clinical application of Professor Bai Changchuan's theory of"stagnation injury of spleen and stomach"in precancerous lesions of gastric cancer

Abstract
Objective To apply Professor Bai Changchuan's theory of"stagnation injury of spleen and stomach"to treat precancerous lesions of gastric cancer and summarize the treatment effect.Methods A total of 37 patients with precancerous lesions of gastric cancer who visited the Internal Medicine Clinic of Dalian Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to October 2021 were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group.The treatment group was treated with Yunpi prescription,while the control group was treated with comprehensive western medicine,i.e.,the existing folic acid and mosapride in our hospital.Those with Helicobacter pylori positive were given antagonistic treatment.The changes of TCM syndrome score,tumor marker score and intestinal metaplasia reversal rate under electron microscope were observed before and after treatment.Results The TCM symptom score in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the number of patients with complete remission in the treatment group significantly increased,and the reversal rate of intestinal metaplasia was significantly higher than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The data of carcino-embryonic antigen(CEA)and carbohydrate antigen 72-4(CA72-4)in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group before and after treatment(P<0.05).There were no serious adverse reactions in the two groups,and blood routine and liver and kidney function showed no abnormality after treatment.Conclusion Under the guidance of Professor Bai Changchuan's theory of"stagnation injury of spleen and stomach",Yunpi prescription in treating precancerous lesions of gastric cancer can effectively relieve the symptoms of stomach pain,bloating,decreased appetite and insomnia, and reverse the transformation trend of precancerous lesions of gastric cancer to gastric cancer. The research found that the theory of "stagnation injury of spleen and stomach" is effective and feasible in clinic.关键词
