基于"土壅木郁"理论探析肥胖症与血脂异常的关联性
Analysis on the correlation between obesity and dyslipidemia based on the"earth-obstructing and wood-stagnation"theory
摘要
Abstract
Dyslipidemia has always been regarded as one of the important factors of the incidence and death of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,which seriously threatens the life and health of our people.In recent years,many studies have proved that obesity is closely related to dyslipidemia.According to the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),among the five elements,the liver belongs to wood and the spleen belongs to earth,and the relationship between them is inter-inhibition.When earth is surplus or wood is insufficient,the inter-inhibition relationship between wood and earth is abnormal,and earth will reversely restrict wood,that is,"earth-obstructing and wood-stagnation",which is the abnormal promotion and restraint state of the five elements relationship and one of the important pathogeneses leading to obesity.Based on the theory of"over-restriction and reverse restriction in five elements",this paper tries to explain the interaction between obesity and dyslipidemia from the"earth-obstructing and wood-stagnation"theory,and initially explores the modern medical mechanism of obesity-induced dyslipidemia,in order to prove that"earth-obstructing and wood-stagnation"is the TCM theoretical basis for obesity-induced dyslipidemia,and emphasize the role of weight loss in the treatment of dyslipidemia,so as to provide new ideas for clinical prevention and treatment of dyslipidemia.关键词
