自拟祛寒除湿汤联合甲氨蝶呤、艾拉莫德治疗类风湿关节炎的效果及安全性分析
Efficacy and safety analysis of self-made Quhan Chushi Decoction combined with methotrexate and iguratimod in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of self-made Quhan Chushi Decoction combined with methotrexate and iguratimod in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.Methods A total of 80 outpatients and inpatients with rheumatoid arthritis admitted to the Department of Rheumatology and Immunology,Jiugang Hospital of Jiayuguan,from October 2020 to June 2021 were selected and divided into the study group(n=40)and the control group(n=40)according to the random number distribution method.The control group received western medicine treatment,while the study group received self-made Quhan Chushi Decoction on the basis of the treatment for the control group.Both groups received clinical treatment for 12 weeks.The disease activity,pain and health were compared,which were evaluated by using disease activity score in 28 joints(DAS28),visual analogue scale(VAS)and health assessment questionnaire(HAQ).The serum C-reactive protein(CRP),erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR)and rheumatoid factor(RF)as well as clinical efficacy were compared.Results After treatment,compared with those in the control group,the scores of DAS28,VAS and HAQ in the study group were lower,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).the levels of ESR,CPR and RF in the study group were lower,and the total effective rate was higher,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Self-made Quhan Chushi Decoction combined with methotrexate and iguratimod has obvious clinical efficacy in treating patients with rheumatoid arthritis,which can reduce the levels of serum ESR,CPR and RF,and improve the joint function of patients.Therefore,it is suitable for clinical application and promotion.关键词
