NOSES在结直肠癌手术中的近期疗效及安全性
The short-term efficacy and safety of NOSES in colorectal cancer surgery

Abstract
Objective To study the clinical efficacy and safety of natural orifice specimen extraction surgery(NOSES)in laparoscopic radical surgery for colorectal cancer.Methods The clinical data of 83 patients with sigmoid colon cancer and rectal cancer diagnosed and treated in the Department of Oncology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University from June 2016 to November 2020 were collected.According to the way of specimen extraction,they were divided into two groups:the NOSES group(34 cases)and the laparoscopy-assisted(LAP)group(49 cases).The differences between the two groups in operation time,intraoperative bleeding,postoperative hospital stay,postoperative defecation time,number of lymph nodes detected,postoperative serious complications,postoperative incision infection,postoperative use of additional analgesics,and incision satisfaction were observed and compared.Results The general information,operation time,intraoperative bleeding,number of lymph nodes detected,and postoperative serious complications between the two groups were compared,without statistically significant differences(P>0.05).The defecation time after the operation in the NOSES group was earlier than that in the control group,the hospital stay after the operation in the NOSES group was less than that in the LAP group,the proportion of patients using additional analgesics in the NOSES group was lower than that in the LAP group,the proportion of patients satisfied with the incision in the NOSES group was higher than that in the LAP group,and the proportion of incision-infected patients in the NOSES group was lower than that in the LAP group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion NOSES is safe and feasible in the radical surgery for colorectal cancer and has the advantages of being more minimally invasive and reducing postoperative complications.关键词
