补肾纳气法联合肺康复治疗对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者运动能力影响的临床研究
Clinical study on the effect of kidney-nourishing and qi-absorbing therapy combined with lung rehabilitation therapy on the motor ability of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

Abstract
Objective To study the effect of kidney-nourishing and qi-absorbing therapy combined with lung rehabilitation therapy on the motor ability of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods A total of 60 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease admitted to the People's Hospital of Yangjiang,Guangdong Province from January 2021 to August 2022 were selected as the study subjects.Patients were divided into a control group and a treatment group by random number table with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine Western medicine.Based on routine treatment,the treatment group was additionally treated with kidney-nourishing and qi-absorbing therapy combined with lung rehabilitation therapy.The improvement of motor ability after treatment was compared between the two groups of patients.Results After receiving therapy,the lung function indicators of patients in the treatment group were significantly higher than those of patients in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The 6-minute walk test distance of patients in the treatment group after treatment was significantly longer than that of patients in the control group,and the COPD assessment test(CAT)score was significantly lower than that of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The quality of life scores of patients in the treatment group after treatment were significantly higher than those of patients in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Providing kidney-nourishing and qi-absorbing therapy combined with lung rehabilitation therapy for patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in clinical practice can effectively improve their lung function and improve their quality of life.Therefore,it is worth promoting.关键词
