中西医结合联合心理干预对情绪障碍患儿消化道症状治疗初探
Exploration on Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine Combined with Psychological Intervention in the Treatment of Gastrointestinal Symptoms in Children with Emotional Disorder

Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To explore the efficacy of integrated Chinese and Western medicine combined with psychological counseling in the treatment of children with emotional disorder complicated with indigestion in professor Shi Xue.METHODS:Retrospective analysis was used to collect and collate the outpatient case data in the hospital due to upper abdominal pain,spleen and stomach disorders from Jan.2021 to May 2022.According to the characteristics of children,professor Shi Xue drew up a prescription based on the principles of liver-soothing and depression-relieving,spleen-strengthening and stomach-harmonizing.Psychological counseling during treatment was conducted by emphasizing on the negative emotions of the patients.According to the clinical diagnosis,the patients were divided into the simple dyspepsia group and the combined emotional disorders group.The efficacy and improvement of patients'symptom integral were observed.RESULTS:A total of 44 patients were enrolled,with the age in the range of 3 to 16 years old,including 24 males and 20 females.The main clinical manifestations of the patients were poor appetite,abdominal pain,constipation,nausea,vomiting and eructation.Differences in various symptom integrals in patients before and after treatment were statistically significant(P<0.05);and the total symptom integral after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment,with statistically significant differences(P<0.001).The total symptom integral of patients in the simple dyspepsia group was significantly lower than that in the combined emotional disorder group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The occurrence frequency of symptoms of distress and dreaminess in patients in the simple dyspepsia group was lower than that in the combined emotional disorder group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).CONCLUSIONS:The therapeutic method of the study has significant effect on the somatic symptoms in patients with emotional disorder,which is worthy of reference.关键词
