黑龙江省农业科学院发明专利转化现状、影响因素与建议

Abstract
This paper is based on the existing patent information of various research institutes,branches and related scientific research units of Heilongjiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences(hereinafter referred to as Heilongjiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences),combined with the current situation of the transformation of patent scientific and technological achievements of Heilongjiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences,this paper carries out the analysis of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements of invention patent,probes into the important factors that affect the prospect of the transformation of invention patent,and then puts forward some suggestions to promote the transformation of invention patent,promote the conversion of invention patents on the ground,improve the conversion rate,and realize the industrial application and technology diffusion of scientific and technological achievements of invention patents.关键词
