摘要
Abstract
From the perspective of Rural Revitalization Strategy,this study focuses on the revitalization of rural talents,and probes into its important role in the strategy of rural revitalization.In view of the restrictive factors faced by the revitalization of rural talents,such as insufficient attention,serious brain drain,imperfect training system and unoptimized talent structure,this paper puts forward some countermeasures with system innovation as the core,in the hope that it can provide more reference for the revitalization of rural areas and the revitalization of rural talents.关键词
