Research Progress of Tea Processing Technologies in 2022
摘要
Abstract
The tea industry is a traditional advantageous industry in China,and the development of tea processing technology can promote the production of high-quality tea products and assist in the transformation and upgrading of the tea industry.This paper reviewed the latest research progress on the processing technologies of six major tea categories and reprocessed jasmine tea in China in 2022,as well as the bottlenecks and challenges faced by the cur-rent development of tea processing technology in China.It also predicted the future development direction of tea processing technology based on the trend of the times and technological development,in order to provide reference for subsequent research on tea processing technology.关键词
