Raw Material Requirements and Processing Technology of Datian Beauty Tea
摘要
Abstract
Datian Beauty tea is made from one bud and one leaf to one bud,two and three leaves of suitable tea cultivars.Among them,fresh leaves with 2-3 levels of damage caused by tea green leafhopperare superior.Its processing tech-nology is an innovation based on the processing technology of Oriental Beauty tea in Taiwan province,with a greater emphasis on fine manipulation and low-temperature drying technology.The process includes withering,cooling,bruising and aerating,fermentation,fixing,moistening,rolling,drying and refining.This paper summarized the raw material requirements and processing technology of Datian Beauty tea,in order to provide reference for improving its processing technology.关键词
