Datian Beauty tea is made from one bud and one leaf to one bud,two and three leaves of suitable tea cultivars.Among them,fresh leaves with 2-3 levels of damage caused by tea green leafhopperare superior.Its processing tech-nology is an innovation based on the processing technology of Oriental Beauty tea in Taiwan province,with a greater emphasis on fine manipulation and low-temperature drying technology.The process includes withering,cooling,bruising and aerating,fermentation,fixing,moistening,rolling,drying and refining.This paper summarized the raw material requirements and processing technology of Datian Beauty tea,in order to provide reference for improving its processing technology.
