灾害韧性的研究演变及多维度展望
Research Evolution and Multi-dimensional Prospect of Disaster Resilience
摘要
Abstract
In the context of the increasingly tense human-land relationship,the frequent occurrence of natu-ral disasters makes the task of disaster prevention and reduction difficult and urgent.Improving the ability of disas-ter response,defense and adaptation is an important way to reduce disaster risks and promote regional sustainable development.At present,there are many translations of Resilience in the academic circle,which is not conducive to the in-depth study and concept promotion of disaster resilience.Through analyzing the concept of Resilience,we are certain that word resilience is closest to the connotation expressed by the original word,and the development history of resilience is reviewed.the meaning of disaster resilience is clarified.and its connotation is expounded from four aspects as capability orientation,process orientation,outcome orientation,and integration orientation.It sorts out the research subjects and main research methods of disaster resilience in three aspects:individual(psy-chological),infrastructure system,and social-ecosystem system,and makes a multi-dimensional outlook on fu-ture disaster resilience research from the aspects of spatial and temporal characteristics,practical development,and resilience transformation.关键词
