基层医疗卫生机构地震应急药品综合备灾标准化探讨
Research on the Standardization of Comprehensive Disaster Preparedness of Earthquake Emergency Drug in Primary Health Institutions
摘要
Abstract
Primary health organization plays an important role after disaster relief.It is the foundation of or-derly emergency rescue work to reserve a certain type and quantity of emergency drugs in primary health organiza-tion.However,the primary health organization can't reserve a large amount of drug to respond different disasters for number,distribution and scale.Therefore,the standardized research on comprehensive reserve of emergency drugs has certain application value in primary health organization.Scenario analysis method and Content analysis method combined to form scenario-content analysis method.The method included scenario analysis,injury analysis,drug statistical analysis and standardization research.The main results show that:①The post-earthquake injuries are mainly divided into six categories:mechanical trauma,buried pressure suffocation injury,complete hunger,mental disorders,epidemic transmission and others;②Emergency drugs have the standardization conditions for compre-hensive reserve in primary health organization;③The standardization suggested catalog of emergency drug compre-hensive reserve has been proposed in primary health organization.关键词
