Evaluation of Rainstorm Water-logging Emergency Response Capability of Subway Station for Trio Spaces

Abstract
In order to scientifically evaluate the emergency response capacity of rainstorm water-logging of subway stations and reduce the accidents of rainstorm water-logging,the entropy weight cloud model is established to evaluate the emergency response capacity of rainstorm water-logging in subway stations based on the concept of three-dimensional space.Firstly,the analysis framework of the emergency response capability of subway stations for rainstorm water-logging is constructed.The analysis framework including the physical,social and information spaces and the emergency prevention,preparation,response and recovery capabilities.An evaluation index system for the emergency response capacity of rainstorm water-logging in subway stations is established by referring to the references related to subway water-logging disasters.The entropy weight cloud model for emergency evaluation of rainstorm water-logging in subway stations is established.The emergency response capability cloud digital charac-teristics,including standard cloud and assessment cloud,are calculated by using the cloud generator MATLAB.cloud droplets and cloud maps are generated.The determination of level needs to compare standard cloud and as-sessment cloud and combined with the pasting progress.Through the calculation of the obstacle degree model,the fire emergency response capability obstacle factor is found.Finally,a case analysis is carried out.It is found that the obstacles to subway emergency response capability are mainly in social space and information space.The corre-sponding improvement suggestions are put forward accordingly.关键词
