摘要

Abstract

[Objective]The aim of this paper is to investigate the effect of glutathione-rich yeast hydrolysate on genes related to hepatopancreatic glucose metabolism of Litopenaeus vannamei under air exposure,and to provide a reference for the application of glutathione-enriched yeast hydrolysate in aquaculture.[Method]The basic diet(fish meal mass fraction 17.7%)was supplemented with glutathione yeast hydrolysate at mass fraction of 0%,0.3%,0.5%,0.7%,0.9%,1.1%(named G0,G0.3,G0.5,G0.7,G0.9,G1.1,respectively)to prepare six isonitrogenous and isolipid diets.The shrimps with initial weight(0.24±0.01)g were fed with the diets respectively for 4 weeks and then the index of growth performance of the shrimps were determined.The shrimps were subjected to air exposure for 30 min.The relative expression of hepatopancreas glucose metabolism related genes were determined.[Results]The changes of weight gain rate,specific growth rate and feed conversion rate in all treatment groups were not significant(P>0.05).The expression of hypoxia inducible factor 1α(HIF-1α),phosphofructokinase(PFK),and lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)genes in hepatopancreas of the G0 group were significantly up-regulated(P<0.05),but the expression of succinate dehydrogenase(SDH),malate dehydrogenase(MDH)and cytochrome oxidase(CCO)genes in hepatopancreas of the G0 group was significantly down-regulated after air exposure(P<0.05).The expressions of glucose transporter 1(GLUT1),hexokinase(HK),and pyruvate kinase(PK)genes in hepatopancreas of the G0 group did not change significantly after air exposure(P>0.05).The expression of HIF-1α,GLUT1,HK,PFK,PK,and LDH genes in hepatopancreas of the same treatment did not change significantly due to air exposure(P>0.05).The expressions of hepatopancreas SDH,MDH,and CCO genes in the G0.5 and G0.7 groups were significantly higher than in the G0 group after air exposure(P<0.05).[Conclusion]Adding glutathione yeast hydrolysate to diets did not affect the growth of L.vannamei.Air exposure weakened aerobic respiration and enhanced anaerobic respiration of shrimp,and the addition of glutathione yeast hydrolysate could maintain strong aerobic respiration and improve the resistance of the shrimp to air exposure.
