基于病位病机探讨围绝经期失眠的针灸诊疗思路
Diagnosis and Treatment Ideas of Acupuncture and Moxibustion for Menopausal Insomnia Based on Disease Location and Pathogenesis

Abstract
This study differentiated the disease location of menopausal insomnia in Heart,and related with Liver,Spleen,Stomach and Kidney by Zang-Fu syndrome differentiation,based on the pathogenesis feature of'Kideny-essence deficiency and disharmony of Yin and Yang',guided by the specific characteristic of'principle,method,prescription,acupoint,technique'by taking disease location and pathogenesis as the starting point.It was clarified that the disease was associated with Yinqiao channel,Yangqiao channel,Ren channel,Du meridian,Shaoyin meridians of foot and hand,and Bladder meridian of foot Taiyang by meridian differentiation.The treatment principle of tonifying Kidney-essence,harmonizing Yin and Yang,calming Heart-Shen was established.Baihui(DU20),Shenmen(HT7),Sanyinjiao(SP6),Shenmai(BL62),Zhaohai(KI6),Taixi(KI3)and Anmian point were selected for compatibility according to different clinical manifestations,syndrome differentiation and meridian differentiation,accompanied by different reinforcing and reducing manipulations,aiming to explore the diagnosis and treatment ideas of acupuncture and moxibustion for perimenopausal insomnia.关键词
