针刺预处理在中风病临床防治中的应用探讨
Application of Acupuncture Pretreatment in Clinical Prevention and Treatment of Stroke
摘要
Abstract
Acupuncture pretreatment has been recorded in ancient literature for the prevention of stroke,but it is rarely used in the modern clinical prevention and treatment of stroke.This study summarized the researches of acupuncture pretreatment in prevention and treatment of stroke,and found that acupuncture pretreatment played an effective role in treatment of stroke aura,intervention of risk factors of stroke,and prevention of stroke recurrence.The follow-up study should expand the sample size,standardize the selection of acupoints and manipulations,and supplement more mechanism studies to provide more basis for the clinical promotion of acupuncture pretreatment.关键词
