针刺"肩三针"联合超声引导下针刀松解抗炎注射治疗钙化性冈上肌腱炎对肩关节活动度和疼痛的影响
Effect of Needling'Shoulder Three Needles'Combined with Ultrasound-Guided Acupotomy Release and Anti-Inflammatory Injection on ROM and Shoulder Pain in Treatment of Calcified Supraspinatus Tendinitis

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of needling'shouder three needles'combined with ultrasound-guided acupotomy release and anti-inflammatory injection in treatment of calcified supraspinatus tendinitis.Methods:A total of 180 patients with calcified supraspinatus tendinitis were randomly divided into the study group(n=90)and the control group(n=90).The control group was treated with ultrasound-guided acupotomy and anti-inflammatory injection;on which basis,the study group was also treated with needling'shoulder three needles'.VAS score,UCLA score,Constant-Murley shoulder function score,serum SP and 5-HT were compared between the two groups before the treatment,3 months after the treatment and 6 months after the treatment.The disappearance time of calcification,edema and pain,functional recovery time and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with that in the control group,the VAS score was lower in the study group 3 months after the treatment(P＜0.01).UCLA score and Constant-Murley score were higher after the treatment than those before the treatment in the two groups,and the scores were higher in the study group than those in the control group after the treatment(P＜0.01).The serum levels of SP and 5-HT were lower in the study group than those in the control group 3 months after the treatment(P＜0.01).The disappearance time of calcification,edema and pain,as well as functional recovery time were shorter in the study group than those in the control group(P＜0.01).There were no obvious adverse reactions in the two groups during the treatment and during the follow-up.Conclusion:Needling'shoulder three needles'combined with ultrasound-guided acupotomy release and anti-inflammatory injection can reduce the levels of SP and 5-HT,relieve pain,improve shoulder joint function and range of motion(ROM)in treatment of calcified supraspinatus tendinitis,with a quick recovery and a high safety.关键词
