肩井穴"扎跳"针刺联合常规针刺治疗良性甲状腺结节的临床研究
Clinical Study of'Zhatiao'Needling GB21 Combined with Routine Acupuncture in Treatment of Benign Thyroid Nodules

Abstract
Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of'Zhatiao'needling Jianjing(GB21)combined with routine acupuncture in treatment of benign thyroid nodules.Methods:96 patients with benign thyroid nodules were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine acupuncture for 12 weeks;on which basis,the observation group was also treated with'Zhatiao'needling GB21 for 12 weeks.The curative effect,TCM symptom score,thyroid nodule volume,maximum diameter and blood flow signal,thyroid hormone and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).The neck nodule,the scores of laryngeal obstruction,emotional depression,deep sigh,swollen submaxillary lymph nodes,hypochondriac pain and dizziness,thyroid nodule volume,maximum diameter,blood flow signal grade 1 ratio were decreased after the treatment compared with those before the treatment in the two groups after the treatment(P＜0.01),all the above indexes were lower in the observation group than those in the control group after the treatment(P＜0.05).There were no statistical differences in the levels of TSH,FT3,FT4 and adverse reactions between the two groups before and after the treatment(P＞0.05).Conclusion:'Zhatiao'needling GB21 combined with routine acupuncture can improve the therapeutic effect,reduce the volume of thyroid nodules,promote the regression of nodules,and improve the clinical symptoms of the patients with benign thyroid nodules.关键词
