Research Status of Acupuncture in Treating Depression Based on NO-Related Signaling Pathways
摘要
Abstract
Nitric oxide(NO)is an important messenger molecule in the central nervous system and is involved in the pathophysiology of many neurological disorders,for example depression.Currently,the pathological mechanisms of depression mediated by NO-related pathways are still unclear,and most of the studied signaling pathways are single,which easily leads to the neglect of the interactive links between multiple pathways and mechanisms.As a traditional treatment method,acupuncture can be used to treat depression at multiple levels and targets,and it also plays the holistic concept of Chinese medicine to achieve the purpose of'regulating Shen'.In view of this,the author collected the relevant literature at home and abroad and revealed the underlying pathological mechanisms of depression and provided new ideas for the study of acupuncture treatment for depression.关键词
