针刺治疗脑卒中后中枢性疼痛作用机制研究进展
Research Progress of Acupuncture in Treating CPSP
摘要
Abstract
With the increase of incidence rate and number of stroke patients,the incidence rate of central post-stroke pain(CPSP)also increases.More and more studies have shown that acupuncture has a certain effect on CPSP,which can significantly relieve the symptoms of pain and sensory abnormalities in the patients,and it has an advantage of less side effects than conventional medication.The action mechanism of acupuncture was further summarized to provide more scientific reference for clinical treatment and research of the disease.Through searching and combing the relevant literature on acupuncture treating CPSP in the past 10 years,it is found that acupuncture might intervene CPSP through mechanisms including mediating neuroinflammatory responses,regulating the balance of excitatory and inhibitory neurotransmitters,as well as improving cerebral blood flow microcirculation.关键词
