Abstract
"Dual-qualified"teachers are the first resource for the high-quality development of higher vocational education.The evaluation of"dual-qualified"teachers in the context of high-quality development of higher vocational education is conducive to stimulating the enthusiasm of"dual-qualified"teachers,improving the quality of teachers,and facilitating the high-quality development of higher vocational education.At present,the evaluation of"dual-qualified"teachers in higher vocational education is still facing the practical dilemma of utilitarian evaluation orientation,insufficient scientific evaluation standards,and imperfect evaluation mechanism.Therefore,it is necessary to change the evaluation concept,optimize the evaluation methods,improve the evaluation content,perfect the evaluation standards,strengthen the application of evaluation results,and improve the effectiveness of evaluation.关键词
