宫颈癌智能筛查系统在宫颈病变诊断中的价值
Value of intelligent cervical cancer screening system in diagnosis of cervical lesions

Abstract
Objective To explore the application of intelligent cervical cancer screening system in the diagnosis of cervical lesions.Methods A total of 22 011 cervical smear samples were collected in Zhuji People's Hospital from January to December 2022,all samples were examined with thin liquid-based cytology,and the smears were reviewed by cytopathologists and intelligent cervical cancer screening system(Zhejiang Weiyin Medical Diagnostic Technology Co.Ltd.).The results of two methods were compared and the application value of the intelligent cervical cancer screening system was evaluated.Results A total of 2 980 positive cases and 19 031 negative cases were detected by the intelligent cervical cancer screening system,among which 1 032 positive cases and 18 489 cases negative cases were consistent with the cytopathologists with a consistence rate of 88.7%.The biopsy and pathological examination were performed in 107 cases taken from 1 574 positive cases diagnosed by cytopathologists.Using biopsy-pathology diagnosis as gold standard,the detection rates of intelligent cervical cancer screening system in cervicitis,low-grade squamous intraepithelial lesion(LSIL),high-grade squamous intraepithelial lesion(HSIL)and cervical cancer were 65.0%,84.2%,93.3%and 93.8%,respectively;while those of cytopathologists was 43.9%,62.5%,72.4%and 58.8%,respectively.The consistence rates between biopsy-pathology and intelligent screening system in cervicitis,LSIL,HSIL and cervical cancer were 53.7%,90.0%,70.5%,and 81.0%,respectively;while those between biopsy-pathology and cytopathologists were 91.1%,90.0%,93.6%,and 76.5%,respec-tively.The sensitivity and specificity of intelligent cervical cancer screening system for cervical cancer were 0.894 and 0.366;while those of cytopathologists was 0.786 and 0.561,respectively.Conclusion The application of intelligent cervical cancer screening system can enhance the operational efficiency and increase the precision and objectivity in reviewing of cervical smear samples.关键词
