银精矿预氧化及有价元素深度强化浸出行为研究
Preoxidation of silver concentrate and deep enhanced leaching behavior of valuable elements

Abstract
In view of the high recovery value of flotation silver concentrate and the shortcomings of existing treatment technology,the process route of concentrated sulfuric acid preoxidation and oxygen pressure acid leaching was put forward.Taking the flotation silver concentrate produced in zinc hydrometallurgy as the research object,the preoxidation mechanism of concentrated sulfuric acid,the change law of micro-morphology of preoxidized silver concentrate and the leaching behavior of Zn,Cu and In during oxygen pressure acid leaching were emphatically studied.The results show that under the conditions of concentrated sulfuric acid preoxidation temperature of 60℃,time of 15 h and acid-ore mass ratio of 0.6,the polar groups of P—O and—OH in flotation reagents are destroyed.The formation of hydration film and mineral inclusions caused by it is avoided,and the ability of mineral dissolution and leaching is improved.Increasing the reaction temperature,prolonging the reaction time and increasing the ratio of acid to mineral can promote the pre-oxidation reaction of concentrated sulfuric acid.However,when the ratio of acid to mineral exceeds 1.07,the pre-oxidized material is in a semi-fluid state and its viscosity increases,which is not conducive to the pre-oxidation process.Under the conditions of reaction temperature of 155℃,initial acidity of 160 g/L,reaction time of 180 min,oxygen partial pressure of 0.8 MPa and liquid-solid ratio of 7 mL/g,the leaching rates of Zn,Cu and In in pre-oxidized silver concentrate are 94.84%,98.36%and 91.13%,respectively,and the enrichment rates of lead and silver in leaching residue are 2.88%and 7 754 g/t,respectively,which realizes the deep leaching of Zn,Cu and In and the efficient enrichment of lead and silver.关键词
