摘要

Abstract

Combustion cycle-to-cycle variations in the spark ignition engine have great influences on its power,economy and emission characteristics.However,there are many parameters that affect the combustion cycle-to-cycle variations,and the parameters mutually affect and couple with each other.Therefore,it is an important and significant research job to expound the internal relationships and correlation mechanism among various parameters affecting the combustion cycle-to-cycle variations of the spark ignition engine,and explore the decoupling analysis method of the coupling factors affecting the combustion cycle-to-cycle variations.In this paper,the research methods and current development of combustion cycle-to-cycle variations were reviewed from three aspects,i.e.characteristic parameters and characterization methods of combustion cycle-to-cycle variations,changing rules and influencing factors analysis of combustion cycle-to-cycle variations,and numerical simulation methods of combustion cycle-to-cycle variations.It is pointed out that,currently,scholars have already carried out in-depth research on the reasons and influencing effects of the combustion cycle-to-cycle variations in the SI engine.It is necessary to develop a new simulation method of the combustion cycle-to-cycle variations and cyclic knock and analysis of mutual coupling parameter decoupling method based on the real physical field,which are used to illustrate the intrinsic connections between the combustion cycle-to-cycle variations,cyclic knock,fuel physical and chemical properties,controlling and operation parameters,and explore the parameter control method and correction mechanism of the combustion cycle-to-cycle variations and cyclic knock under the wide range operating conditions,thereby proving a basis for the design of high efficiency and clean combustion spark ignition engine.
