风速变化对热泵密集烤房烟叶烘烤质量的影响
Effects of Wind Speed on the Changes of Main Chemical Components of Tobacco Leaves in Heat Pump Bulk Curing Barn

Abstract
In order to further explore the suitable wind speed parameters in each stage of variable frequency heat pump bulk curing barn,Yunyan 116 was used as the material to study the change trend of main chemical components of tobacco leaves under different stages and different wind speed conditions.The results showed that the content of chemical components in tobacco leaves was more reasonable after adjusting the parameters of variable frequency fan.The chemical composition was assigned to 90.7,the starch content was reduced to 1.3%,and the sensory quality was improved.The specific parameters were as follows:the fan speed was maintained at 750-800 r/min before 38℃(dry bulb temperature),and the fan speed was maintained at 800-850 r/min between 38-42℃.In the 42-48℃stage,the wind speed is maintained at 1 300-1 350 r/min;after 48℃,the fan speed is maintained at 800 r/min.In summary,the improved wind speed parameters can improve the quality of tobacco leaves and reduce the starch content.关键词
