Food Safety Compliance System Construction:Origin,Significance and Framework
摘要
Abstract
In the process of coordinated governance of multiple subjects of food safety,we are faced with the problems of insufficient heter-onomy and self-discipline,such as heavy government supervision,lack of effectiveness of social supervision,and lack of enthusiasm of enterpris-es to actively pursue food safety.According to the scale of food enterprises,large and medium-sized food enterprises should build an enterprise compliance system,and small and micro food enterprises should prepare a self-inspection form of enterprise compliance,so as to build a food safety governance enterprise compliance system and strengthen the internal control of food enterprises.From the outside,the administrative su-pervision content can be connected with the compliance construction of enterprises,so as to urge enterprises to improve the compliance construc-tion independently,realize the"rule of rules",and ensure food safety.关键词
