对古典穴位中五输穴所在位置实体解剖结构进行了初步探索.证实这些所考察的穴位具有结构与感觉的特殊性:五输穴的实体结构位于肌门或骨门处,个别穴位与神经主干有关,针刺与按压穴位会有与针刺按压穴位周围组织明显不同的感觉,这种穴位受到刺激产生的特殊感觉称之为"穴感";提出了古典穴位的三个特征:凹陷、穴感、符合经典书籍中的定位描述;从解剖学视角解释了古籍中部分穴位定位的演变与争议;分析了穴位实体解剖结构探索的意义.

This study conducts an initial exploration of the anatomical structures of classical acupoints,confirming the distinctiveness of their physical structures and sensory characteristics.The anatomical structures of the five transport points are located around the muscle or bone hila,with specific points being connected to neural pathways.Needle insertion and pressure on acupoints initiate sensations markedly different from surrounding tissues,referred to as"acupoint sensation".This research identifies three defining characteristics of classical acupoint location:concavity,acupoint sensation,and alignment with classical descriptions.This research offers anatomical explanations for the evolution and controversies in the location descriptions of certain acupoints found in ancient texts.The elucidation of the anatomical structures of these acupoints not only sheds light on their unique attributes but also enhances the significance of exploring acupoints from an anatomical perspective.
