杨巍运用祛湿清肠法治疗溃疡性结肠炎经验撷英
Yang Wei's experience in treating ulcerative colitis by using the method of dispelling dampness and clearing intestine
摘要
Abstract
Ulcerative colitis is a chronic,non-specific inflammatory disease of the intestine characterized by a typically chronic course with frequent lifelong relapses,seriously compromising the physical and mental well being of patients.Prof.Yang Wei,a renowned traditional Chinese medicine practitioner,possesses extensive experience in the treatment of ulcerative colitis.She establishes the foundation of her approach on the understanding of its etiology and pathogenesis,proposing the primary method of dispelling dampness and cleansing intestine.She has created the Shiyan Formula(Excess Fire Formula)to clear heat,resolve dampness,promote qi circulation and relieve pain,the Xuyan Formula(Deficiency Fire Formula),which aims to fortify the spleen and eliminate dampness,cultivate the origin.Her treatment approach incorporates both internal and external dimensions,exemplified by the external application of Yanning Enema Formula(Inflammation-Relieving Enema Formula)to expel turbidity and resolve toxicity.Her treatment addresses deficiency and excess in differentiated manners,which has yielded notable therapeutic.This paper delves into Prof.Yang Wei's expertise in managing ulcerative colitis through the lens of five aspects:etiology and pathogenesis,overarching treatment methodology,typology-based treatment,enema,and illustrative case studies.关键词
