Clinical application of Zhu Danxi's"theory of ministerial fire"in premature ovarian insufficiency
摘要
Abstract
Premature ovarian insufficiency profoundly impacts women's reproductive health.An exploration of Zhu Danxi's academic insights unveiled parallels between the"theory of ministerial fire"and the pathogenesis of premature ovarian insufficiency.Consequently,based on Zhu Danxi's"theory of ministerial fire",this article posits that frenetic stirring of the ministerial fire burns yin essence and leads to a depletion of kidney essence.This further induces deficiency of liver and kidney yin,failure of the heart and kidney to interact,and disrupts the liver's function of regulating the free flow of qi,constituting the core pathogenesis of premature ovarian insufficiency.Treatment strategies should center on supplementing the kidneys and benefiting the essence,nourishing the yin and suppressing excessive the fire,restore interaction between the heart and kidney,nourishing the blood and replenishing essence.Additionally,the paper consolidates insights from prominent scholars,endeavoring to offer valuable clinical insights for managing premature ovarian insufficiency.关键词
