Effects of Liraglutide and lirisnatide combined with enaglipzin respectively on blood glucose,lipid metabolism and adverse reactions in T2DM patients

Abstract

Objective:To investigate the effects of liraglutide and lixisenatide,respectively,combined with englitazone on blood sugar metabolism,blood lipid metabolism and safety analysis of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods:103 patients with T2DM were divided into the observation group(n =50)and the control group(n =53)according to the treatment methods.The patients in the observation group were treated with liraglutide combined with enggliptin,while the patients in the control group were treated with lis-naride combined with enggliptin.Before and after treatment,fasting blood glucose(FBG),2 h postprandial blood glucose(2hPBG),in-sulin resistance index(HOMA-IR),serum glycosylated hemoglobin A1c(HbA1c),11 dehydrothromboxin B2(11-D H-TXB2),adi-ponectin(APN),and retinol-binding protein 4(RBP4)were detected in both groups.Changes in blood pressure,waist circumference and body mass index(BMI)of the two groups before and after treatment were recorded,and the occurrence of adverse reactions during treatment was recorded.Results:After treatment,2hPBG in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,FBG,HbA1c,BMI and waist circumference were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,HOMA-IR,lipid metabolism indexes(APN,11-d H-TXB2,RBP4)and blood pressure[systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP)]were decreased in both groups,but there was no statistical significance between the two groups(P>0.05).There were no differences in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Li-raglutide and lirisnatide combined with engliecin can effectively improve blood glucose metabolism in T2DM,but liraglutide has a more significant effect on FBG and HbA1c in T2DM,while lirisnatide has a better effect on 2hPBG and weight control.There was no differ-ence in the effects of both on lipid metabolism and blood pressure,and both had high security.
