Abstract
The structural performance of six printed fabrics is tested and evaluated including surface morphol-ogy,breathability,wettability,wet adhesion of the fabric and wash fastness and abrasion resistance of the coating.The constant cooling effect mechanism of the printed fabric after sweating is also analyzed.The results show that the printed coating appears in a granular form and does not completely cover the fibers,therefore,the breathability of the fabric is hardly affected by the printing.The contact angle of the fabric indicates that the prin-ted coating has a certain hydrophobicity,and the core absorption height of the fabric increases while the wet ad-hesion decreases after printing.The printed coating exhibits good abrasion resistance and wash fastness.Infrared thermal imaging shows that the constant cooling effect of the fabric is enhanced after printing with a temperature decrease of 1-2℃on the surface of the printed fabric after 300 s.This is because after sweating,a portion of the sweat permeates through the gaps in the printed area and evaporates on the fabric surface,creating a cooling sen-sation,while another portion of the sweat exists in the form of small droplets on the printed area,providing a cooling effect to the fabric.关键词
