3D间隔织物/改性空心微珠复合材料吸声性能研究
Research onSound Absorption Properties of 3D Spacer Fabric/Modified Hollow Microspheres Composites

Abstract
In this paper,3D warp knitted spacer fabric is added to hollow microspheres reinforced polyure-thane matrix composite foam to prepare a new type of 3D spacer fabric/modified hollow microspheres composite,and the interface modification of the added microspheres is carried out to improve the interface binding and sound absorption properties of the polyurethane matrix.Impedance tube transfer function method is used to test the sound absorption coefficient of four samples with different specifications.The analysis of the test results show that the modified microspheres improve the sound absorption properties of the new composite to a certain extent,and the composite sample reinforced by the modified S60 microspheres has better sound absorption properties.In addition,the sound absorption coefficient of the composite at low and medium frequencies is smaller than that at high frequencies.关键词
